Introduktion til programmering - begreber og redskaber
The goal of this course is to get solid understanding of the basic concepts of modern programming languages,
and to see how those concepts are realized in a modern object oriented programming language, Java.
The course is part of the course programme at the IT University of Copenhagen, and covers the necessary
prerequesites for other advanced programming courses (like web programming or object oriented programming),
and other technical courses.

- (Dec. 12) Solutions to all assignments added to the lab page.
- (Nov. 4) Information about the project period added.
- (Oct. 22) Course evaluation has started and you should have received an email message about it.
Please take part in it since it provides feedback to us lecturers. The first phase of course evaluation
(the phase where you can enter comments) ends Thursday October 31 at 6pm.
- (Sept. 20) The posted solution to assignment 2 contained a minor
error in question 2b) which was corrected.
- Labs start on Friday, September 6, at 1 pm.
- The course on Friday, September 6, has been moved to lecture theatre 1.90 (Glentevej 67).
- The course starts on Friday, August 30, at 9am in lecture theatre 0.10 (Glentevej 65).
