The IT Universitety website is for anyone interested in the university's research, educations and other activities.

The informations on the intranet are for IT University students and staff.

From the intranet frontpage you can access a number of self-service systems through my.itu. My.itu requires a password (the same password as the web mail) and is also only for students and staff.

Information from the IT University is made available by university staff specialised in the field in question. This means that the IT Universituy employees are keeping the information relating to their expertise up to date.

Itu.dk is managed by the Web Master and Web Manager in the Communication Department.

Regulation regarding the use of wikis, blogs, course databases, web pages, etc.:

Data containing sensitive personal information should not be published or uploaded.

(E.g. Social Security numbers, portrait images without prior permission, personal information about health, trade union membership, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, etc.)

Data that contains confidential and/or internal information should not be published or uploaded.

(E.g. passwords, marks, course, assignment and exam schedules or lists containing personal confidential information, contracts, detailed information about data or network infrastructure at ITU, etc.)

Data, including documents, pictures, etc., that are protected by copyright law should not be copied, published or uploaded unless the copyright law is respected.

(E.g. journal articles, academic treatises and monographs, manuscripts, pictures and photographs, music files, power point presentations, etc.)

Data, including blog entries, documents, wikis, etc., that contain offensive names or other inappropriate content should not be published or uploaded.

(It is expected that users exercise good behavior.)

Data, including blog entries, documents, wikis, etc., will be removed if the above regulation is not respected!
